知的財産権に関するご案内
1. 著作権について
本サービス「B2X」において提供されるすべてのコンテンツ（文章、画像、イラスト、動画、音声、プログラム、デザイン、データ、分析結果等）の著作権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。
1.1 著作物の利用
本サービスのコンテンツは、以下の行為を除き、著作権法で認められた範囲内でのみご利用いただけます。
- コンテンツの複製、転載、改変、翻訳
- コンテンツの販売、頒布、貸与
- コンテンツの二次的著作物の作成
- コンテンツを使用した商業活動
上記の行為を行う場合は、事前に当社の書面による許可が必要です。
1.2 引用について
著作権法で認められた「引用」の範囲内であれば、以下の条件を満たす場合に限り、本サービスのコンテンツを引用することができます。
- 引用部分が明確に区別されていること
- 引用が主従関係において従の範囲であること
- 出典を明示すること（例：「出典：B2X」または該当ページのURL）
- 引用の目的上正当な範囲内であること
2. 商標について
「B2X」の名称、ロゴ、その他本サービスに関連する商標およびサービスマークは、当社の商標または登録商標です。
当社の書面による事前の許可なく、これらの商標を使用、複製、改変することは禁止されています。
3. 第三者の知的財産権
本サービス内で使用されている第三者の商標、ロゴ、コンテンツ等の知的財産権は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。これらの使用は、各権利者の許可に基づくものであり、当該権利者との関係を示すものではありません。
本サービスで分析・言及する第三者のコンテンツ（SNS投稿、ニュース記事等）の著作権は、それぞれの著作権者に帰属します。
4. ユーザー投稿コンテンツ
ユーザーが本サービスに投稿したコンテンツ（コメント等）の著作権は、当該ユーザーに帰属します。ただし、ユーザーは当社に対し、本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、投稿コンテンツを無償で利用する権利を許諾するものとします。
5. 権利侵害への対応
当社は、著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権を尊重しています。万が一、本サービス上のコンテンツがお客様の権利を侵害していると思われる場合は、下記連絡先までご連絡ください。当社は、適切な手続きに従い、対応いたします。
6. 免責事項
本サービスで提供されるコンテンツは、情報提供を目的としたものであり、特定の目的への適合性、正確性、完全性を保証するものではありません。コンテンツの利用に関して生じたいかなる損害についても、当社は責任を負いません。

1. Copyright
Copyright in all content provided through the Service "B2X" (including text, images, illustrations, videos, audio, programs, designs, data, analysis results, etc.) belongs to the Company or third parties with legitimate rights.
1.1 Use of Copyrighted Materials
Content from the Service may only be used within the scope permitted by copyright law, excluding the following activities:
- Reproduction, reprinting, modification, or translation of content
- Sale, distribution, or rental of content
- Creation of derivative works from content
- Commercial activities using content
Prior written permission from the Company is required for the above activities.
1.2 Quotations
Within the scope of "quotation" permitted by copyright law, content from the Service may be quoted only if the following conditions are met:
- The quoted portion is clearly distinguished
- The quotation is subordinate in the main-subordinate relationship
- The source is clearly indicated (e.g., "Source: B2X" or the URL of the relevant page)
- The quotation is within a legitimate scope for its purpose
2. Trademarks
The name "B2X," logos, and other trademarks and service marks related to the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company.
Use, reproduction, or modification of these trademarks without prior written permission from the Company is prohibited.
3. Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights of third-party trademarks, logos, and content used within the Service belong to their respective rights holders. Such use is based on permission from each rights holder and does not indicate any relationship with that rights holder.
Copyright in third-party content (social media posts, news articles, etc.) analyzed or referenced in the Service belongs to the respective copyright holders.
4. User-Generated Content
Copyright in content posted by users to the Service (comments, etc.) belongs to the respective users. However, users grant the Company the right to use posted content free of charge to the extent necessary for operating the Service.
5. Response to Rights Infringement
The Company respects copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your rights, please contact us at the address below. The Company will respond in accordance with appropriate procedures.
