個人情報の保護に関する基本方針
基本方針
合同会社RRR（以下「当社」）は、個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報を適切に保護することが社会的責務であると考え、以下の方針に基づき個人情報の保護に努めます。
1. 法令等の遵守
当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の関係法令、国が定めるガイドライン、および本方針を遵守し、個人情報の適正な取り扱いに努めます。
2. 個人情報の取得
当社は、適法かつ公正な手段により個人情報を取得します。取得にあたっては、利用目的を明示し、必要な範囲内で取得します。
3. 個人情報の利用
当社は、取得した個人情報を、あらかじめ明示した利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。利用目的を変更する場合は、変更前の利用目的と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲で行い、変更後の利用目的を公表または通知します。
4. 個人情報の安全管理
当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。また、個人情報を取り扱う従業者および委託先に対して、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
5. 第三者提供の制限
当社は、法令に定める場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
6. 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除
当社は、本人から自己の個人情報について開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等の請求があった場合は、本人確認を行った上で、合理的な期間内に対応します。
7. 組織・体制
当社は、個人情報の適正な管理および保護のために、責任者を設置し、個人情報の適正な取り扱いを実現するための体制を整備します。
8. 継続的改善
当社は、個人情報の取り扱いに関する運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めます。また、必要に応じて本方針を改定します。

Basic Policy
RRR LLC (hereinafter "Company") recognizes the importance of personal information and considers the appropriate protection of personal information to be a social responsibility. The Company strives to protect personal information based on the following policy.
1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations, guidelines established by the government, and this Policy, and strives to handle personal information appropriately.
2. Collection of Personal Information
The Company collects personal information through lawful and fair means. When collecting information, we clearly state the purpose of use and collect only within the necessary scope.
3. Use of Personal Information
The Company uses collected personal information only within the scope of the previously stated purpose of use. If the purpose of use is changed, it will be done within a scope reasonably considered to be related to the original purpose, and the changed purpose will be publicly announced or notified.
4. Security Management of Personal Information
The Company takes necessary and appropriate security management measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage to personal information. We also provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees and contractors who handle personal information.
5. Restrictions on Third-Party Disclosure
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from the individual, except as required by law.
6. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
When an individual requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, the Company will respond within a reasonable period after verifying the individual's identity.
7. Organization and Structure
The Company appoints a responsible person for the appropriate management and protection of personal information and establishes a structure to realize the appropriate handling of personal information.
8. Continuous Improvement
The Company reviews the operational status regarding the handling of personal information as appropriate and strives for continuous improvement. This Policy will also be revised as necessary.
