B2Xサービスのご利用条件
第1条（適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、合同会社RRR（以下「当社」）が提供するウェブサービス「B2X」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆様には、本規約に従って本サービスをご利用いただきます。
第2条（定義）
本規約において使用する用語の定義は以下の通りとします。
- 「本サービス」とは、当社が提供するB2Xおよびこれに関連するサービスを指します。
- 「ユーザー」とは、本サービスを利用するすべての個人または法人を指します。
- 「登録ユーザー」とは、本サービスに会員登録を行ったユーザーを指します。
- 「コンテンツ」とは、本サービス上で提供される文章、画像、動画、データ、分析結果等の情報を指します。
第3条（利用登録）
本サービスの利用を希望する方は、本規約に同意の上、当社所定の方法により利用登録を申請していただきます。当社は、利用登録の申請者に以下の事由があると判断した場合、利用登録の申請を承認しないことがあります。
- 虚偽の事項を届け出た場合
- 本規約に違反したことがある者からの申請である場合
- その他、当社が利用登録を相当でないと判断した場合
第4条（アカウント管理）
ユーザーは、自己の責任において、本サービスのアカウント情報を適切に管理するものとします。ユーザーは、いかなる場合にも、アカウント情報を第三者に譲渡または貸与することはできません。アカウント情報の管理不十分、使用上の過誤、第三者の使用等によって生じた損害に関する責任はユーザーが負うものとします。
第5条（有料サービス）
本サービスには無料プランと有料プランがあります。有料プランの料金は以下の通りです。

有料プランには初回1ヶ月の無料期間があります。料金の支払いは、当社が指定する決済サービスを通じて行うものとします。
第6条（返金・解約）
有料プランの解約は、ユーザーがいつでも行うことができます。解約した場合、当該請求期間の終了時まで有料プランの機能をご利用いただけます。
返金については、合理的な理由がある場合に限り、当社の判断により対応いたします。なお、振込手数料が発生する場合は、ユーザーのご負担となります。
第7条（メールマガジン・お知らせメールの配信）
当社は、ユーザーの同意に基づき、本サービスに関するメールマガジン・お知らせメールを配信することがあります。
- 配信内容には、新着コンテンツのお知らせ、キャンペーン情報、サービスに関する重要なお知らせ等が含まれます。
- ユーザーは、マイページの設定画面または配信メール内のリンクから、いつでもメール配信を停止することができます。
- メール配信を停止した場合でも、サービス運営上必要な重要なお知らせ（セキュリティに関する通知、利用規約の変更、アカウントに関する重要な通知等）は送信させていただく場合があります。
第8条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 犯罪行為に関連する行為
- 当社、他のユーザー、または第三者の知的財産権、肖像権、プライバシー、名誉その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
- 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
- 本サービスを商業目的で利用する行為（当社が許可した場合を除く）
- 当社のサービスに関連して、反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
- その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第9条（本サービスの提供の停止等）
当社は、以下のいずれかの事由があると判断した場合、ユーザーに事前に通知することなく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することができるものとします。
- 本サービスにかかるシステムの保守点検または更新を行う場合
- 地震、落雷、火災、停電または天災などの不可抗力により、本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
- その他、当社が本サービスの提供が困難と判断した場合
第10条（著作権）
本サービスで提供されるコンテンツの著作権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ユーザーは、当社の事前の書面による承諾なく、コンテンツを複製、転載、改変、販売等することはできません。
第11条（免責事項）
当社は、本サービスで提供する情報の正確性、完全性、有用性等について、いかなる保証も行いません。本サービスで提供される分析・見解は参考情報であり、投資判断等の根拠とすることを推奨するものではありません。
当社は、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
第12条（サービス内容の変更等）
当社は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更しまたは本サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
第13条（利用規約の変更）
当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本サービス上に掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。
第14条（個人情報の取扱い）
当社は、本サービスの利用によって取得する個人情報については、当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従い適切に取り扱うものとします。
第15条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the web service "B2X" (hereinafter "Service") provided by RRR LLC (hereinafter "Company"). All registered users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The following terms used in these Terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- "Service" refers to B2X and related services provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to all individuals or entities who use the Service.
- "Registered User" refers to users who have completed member registration for the Service.
- "Content" refers to text, images, videos, data, analysis results, and other information provided through the Service.
Article 3 (Registration)
Those who wish to use the Service shall apply for registration by the method prescribed by the Company after agreeing to these Terms. The Company may not approve a registration application if it determines that the applicant falls under any of the following:
- False information has been submitted
- The application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms
- The Company otherwise determines that registration is inappropriate
Article 4 (Account Management)
Users shall manage their account information for the Service at their own responsibility. Users may not transfer or lend their account information to third parties under any circumstances. Users shall bear responsibility for any damages arising from inadequate management of account information, errors in use, or use by third parties.
Article 5 (Paid Services)
The Service offers both free and paid plans. The fees for paid plans are as follows:

Paid plans include a 1-month free trial period. Payment shall be made through the payment service designated by the Company.
Article 6 (Refunds and Cancellation)
Users may cancel paid plans at any time. Upon cancellation, users may continue to use paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds will be considered at the Company's discretion only when there is a reasonable justification. Please note that any applicable transfer fees shall be borne by the user.
Article 7 (Newsletter and Notification Emails)
The Company may send newsletters and notification emails regarding the Service based on user consent.
- Content may include new content announcements, campaign information, and important service notices.
- Users may unsubscribe from email delivery at any time through the settings screen in My Page or via links in the emails.
- Even if email delivery is stopped, we may still send important service-related notices (such as security notifications, changes to terms of service, and important account-related notifications) as necessary for service operation.
Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users, or third parties
- Activities that interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
- Using the Service for commercial purposes (unless permitted by the Company)
- Providing direct or indirect benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services
- Other activities that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 9 (Suspension of Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following reasons exist:
- When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the systems for the Service
- When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- When the Company otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult
Article 10 (Copyright)
Copyright in the content provided through the Service belongs to the Company or third parties with legitimate rights. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, sell, or otherwise use content without prior written consent from the Company.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Company makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or other aspects of information provided through the Service. Analysis and opinions provided through the Service are for reference purposes only and are not recommended as a basis for investment decisions or other judgments.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 12 (Changes to Service Content)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 13 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when deemed necessary. The revised Terms shall become effective upon posting on the Service.
Article 14 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy."
Article 15 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
