返品・キャンセルについて
サービスの性質
本サービスはデジタルコンテンツの提供サービスであり、サービスの性質上、原則として返品・返金には対応しておりません。
解約
有料プランの解約はいつでも可能です。解約した場合、当該請求期間の終了時まで有料プランの機能をご利用いただけます。日割り返金は行っておりません。
返金について
以下の場合に限り、当社の判断により返金に対応いたします。
- システム障害等、当社に起因する事由によりサービスが長期間利用できなかった場合
- 二重課金等の誤課金が発生した場合
- その他、当社が返金が相当と認めた場合
返金の際、振込手数料が発生する場合はお客様のご負担となります。

Service Delivery
Services are available immediately upon completion of payment.
Returns and Cancellations
Nature of Service
This Service provides digital content and, due to its nature, generally does not offer returns or refunds.
Cancellation
Paid plans may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, paid plan features remain available until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are not provided.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided at the Company's discretion only in the following cases:
- When the service was unavailable for an extended period due to system failures or other reasons attributable to the Company
- When erroneous charges such as duplicate billing occurred
- Other cases where the Company deems a refund appropriate
Any transfer fees incurred during refunds shall be borne by the customer.

Withdrawal of Application
Due to the nature of digital content provision, cooling-off (withdrawal of application after purchase) is not available.
